Where is Fit Club?
We’re based in York city centre on Redeness Street, near the Red Goat climbing wall.
Address: Unit 8, 14 Redeness St, YO31 7UU.
Do I need to be fit?
Not at all. We’ll tailor everything to your level. Most people who join are beginners or getting back into training.
What if I'm nervous or lack confidence?
That’s exactly who this is for. You’ll be training with people in the same position, with coaches there to guide you every step of the way.
When are the sessions?
We run 30+ sessions each week, with weekday mornings (6–10am), evenings (4:30–6:30pm) and Saturdays (8–10am). You can book whichever sessions fit around your schedule.
How much does it cost?
The 6 Week Challenge is £197 and includes everything — no hidden costs.
Spaces are limited to just 10 per month.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
It’s completely up to you. You can continue as a member or stop — no pressure, no hard feelings.
