At Fit Club, we use advanced InBody scans to track real progress using data that actually matters — including muscle mass, body fat, hydration, visceral fat, bone mass, and overall body composition. Instead of relying on the scales alone, you’ll get a clearer picture of how your body is changing over time, with no guesswork and no panic over normal weight fluctuations.

What You Need To Know

How To Book

Get in touch with us and we’ll help find the right programme for you. Once you’re signed up, we’ll create your account on the Fit Club app where you’ll find your sessions, nutrition guidance, progress tracking and more.

What To Bring

Just wear comfortable sports clothing such as shorts, leggings or a t-shirt, bring a water bottle, and come ready to enjoy yourself.

Where To Find Us

Fit Club is based on Redeness Street, York, YO31 7UU. We’ll send full details before your first session, with a brand-new site coming soon.

When To Arrive

We recommend arriving around 15 minutes before your session starts so you have time to settle in, meet the coaches and get ready to train.

What if I'm nervous or lack confidence?

That’s exactly who this is for. You’ll be training with people in the same position, with coaches there to guide you every step of the way.

Do I need to be fit?

Not at all. We’ll tailor everything to your level. Most people who join are beginners or getting back into training.
